Eddie with Rapid Rooter Drain Master did an outstanding job replacing the internal parts in all 3 of our toilet tanks in Sanger. Toilet paper. He was very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him again for any future Plumbing repairs. We are extremely satisfied with his work.

PGE came and shut off my gas for a small leak above the water heater. After contacting several companies and being given the run around, I got in touch with Eddie and his team at Rapid Rooter. He came out out within 30 minutes and quickly addressed the leak for me. Not wasting my time going to any other plumbers again. 10/10 would recommend.

Eddie arrived at my home within an hour of me calling for an after hours service for what I thought was an emergency situation for a water leak with the valve in the wall behind my refrigerator. We had just had a new refrigerator put in, and he was quickly able to see that I had been misinformed by the installation techs. I don't really know anything about plumbing, and instead of taking advantage of the situation and charging me for unnecessary work, Eddie took the time to explain and show me why repairs were not necessary, as well as provide options if we wanted to have work done in that area in the future. I really appreciated his honesty in a time where it seems like everyone wants to upsell you something. It was very clear to me that Eddie is very knowledgeable and runs his business with integrity, and because of that, I will absolutely call him in the future if we have any plumbing issues and recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Eddie!

On 6/24 Eddie came out to fix garbage disposal literally took him eight minutes to switch out disposal.Great job Eddie,I included before and after pictures.

I had an after hour emergency with a clogged sink. The owner (Eddie) was prompt and the service was great! He Hydro jetted my drain pipe and now, all drain flushes flawlessly. He also gave me solutions to treat pipe for any future build up and offer best practices advices. Thank you for your service. Definitely would recommend.

I really appreciated that my call was answered and I didn't have to leave a message or request a service online. Eddie provided options for times which were within 24 hours and also provided the cost of the service call on the phone. I received a quick text to confirm my appointment and a faster response to my text back. Great customer service!
